Scenario: A global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company had an urgent need for Clinical Data Manager for their R&D facility in the SW US.

In addition, the job was open for 12 months, and during that timeframe, there were over 475 applicants. 23 candidates presented for the job which yielded 3 phone screenings and 1 in-person interview.
