All eligible employees will have the option to join our 401(k) Savings Plan after six months of employment. You have the option to elect either a traditional 401(k) that is pre-taxed or a Roth 401(k) that is post-tax.
Many of our clients offer PTO, however we will also negotiate for PTO on your behalf with other clients to ensure you are being provided the opportunity for time off.
